Our Terms of Business


We endeavour to post all orders within 48 hours of receipt, with most being posted within 24 hours. You will be advised via email when your order has been posted. Most (over 90%) of UK mainland deliveries should arrive within 2-3 working days after posting but one please allow 10 working days before enquiring. Overseas customers will be advised of the estimated delivery schedule once the item has been posted.

Please indicate when you place your order if you wish to have your item sent first class or recorded delivery. Based on the charges applicable at the time you will be advised of the total before going ahead with the order.

For international orders international postage rates will apply.

All orders over £80 will be packed and posted free of charge and sent as recorded delivery.

Deliveries will be automatically made to the payees’ address. Deliveries  to a different address (e.g.  for presents) can be arranged upon request. Confirmation will be made upon receipt of your order.


Returns and refunds

Please provide your invoice details when making any refund or return enquiry.

Every care will be taken with packaging. However, should you have any items that arrive damaged, please contact us within 48hrs of receipt.

Please contact us within 48 hrs of receipt should you wish to return any goods, and you should be e-mailed with a return address. Goods should be returned in their original recorded delivery packaging within 7 days of receivingthe email from us with the return address. All returns must be sent recorded delivery, to the address advised, as we cannot not accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post. Items are the customers’ responsibility until received at our premises.

The buyer is responsible for postage on exchanged goods, unless this was due to a production/wrong product fault.

There are no returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

There are generally no returns on products that have been altered for customers’ individual requirements.


Quality control

We have endeavoured to comply with E.E.C.  directive on low nickel content.

“Silver” and “gold” are a colour description, unless otherwise stated.

Please treat all jewellery with care. Remember wearing jewellery while bathing or allowing it to come into contact with perfume may adversely affect it.


Handmade jewellery

Since the large majority of materials used are natural stones, they will vary slightly in colour, shape and size.  Each item is therefore unique.



Please let us know at the time of ordering if you wish an alteration to the length of any item (e.g. necklace). We shall advise you quickly whether it can be done and whether there are likely to be any costs incurred.


Payment for workshops

A non-returnable deposit of £10 is requested at time of booking. The full balance is required 5 working days prior to the workshop date. Cancellation within 24 hours will normally allow the refund of 50% of the full balance.
